Vossi (“the app”) is a vocabulary‑learning game developed by Pieter van der Woude (“we”, “us”). We care about your privacy. This policy explains what the app does — and does not — do with information.
Vossi does not collect, store, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking.
None. The app does not ask for your name, email address, location, contacts, or any other personal information, and it does not require an account or sign‑up.
Your learning progress — completed levels, learned words, streak, settings, and unlocked items — is stored only on your device. This information never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.
If you are signed in to Apple’s Game Center, the Daily Challenge can submit a score to a leaderboard and unlock achievements. This feature is entirely optional, and the app works fully without it. Game Center is provided by Apple and is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
You can enable an optional daily reminder. These are local notifications scheduled on your device; no data is sent to us or to any third party.
When the app launches, it may download a read‑only list of words and lessons over a secure (HTTPS) connection so that content can be kept up to date. This is a one‑way download only — no personal data is ever sent. The app also works offline using the content included with it.
Vossi is designed to be suitable for children. Because the app collects no personal information and contains no ads, no third‑party content, and no external links within the experience, it does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13.
The app uses no third‑party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
